崗位職責：
Define/ interpret inspection plan and support corporate quality to define and maintain quality specs;To quality issues/incidents reported by inspection team, by working with relevant departments, for instance, SQA, service engineering, O/M, and plant, make root cause analysis and then make action plan to be implemented; follow up and tracking with 8D methodology;Maintain 8D into Altair system and NCR linked, to satisfy KPI Non Conformity cost associated to 8D;Make external Notes/reports to clients, combine all necessary info, for instance, internal technical reports;Define Control Tooling.The other tasks assigned by quality engineering manager, WF.
任職要求：Bachelor degree in ELECTRICAL engineering or similar field;Minimum five years experience in the Quality field for the manufacturing electrical components & assembly of heavy machine, wind energy field is preferred;Wind farm working experience is a plus;Blade experience is a plus (mechanical experience will be a plus)Good report writing in English and verbal communication skills;Team player and leader;Fluently in English, writing and speaking.Travel is necessary, 10%-25%
