Job description1. In charge of H&S and GWO-BST training management and assessment for APAC region. 2. GWO Develop GWO-BTT training, in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic modules.3. Training facility and equipment management and maintenance.4. H&S, GWO-BST training record and document management.GWO-BST training standard following and update.5. Coordinate with H&S department keep course updating according to H&S policy of company.6. Improve, supervise and implement H&S and GWO-BST training course;7. Plan and implement H&S and GWO-BST trainings according to internal and external requirement.8. Report to Service training center manager.9. Working place main in Tianjin training center, short-term trip to wind farm for training.
Requirements:1. University or college education background;Major in electrical or mechanical engineering;2. At least 2 years work experience in wind energy industry.3. At least 100 h experience as a trainer/instructor on training of safety and/or technical courses in wind energy industry GWO-BST&BTT experience preferred.4. Good communication in English, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and communication skill.5. Strong analytical and executive ability.
